The fees for the services provided by us may not be lower than the minimum rates
stipulated in Ordinance No. 1 of July 9th, 2004 on the minimum rates of attorney fees, issued
by the Supreme Bar Council (Promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 64 dated 23.07.2004;
amended and supplemented, issue 2 of 2009; supplemented, issue 43 dated 08.06.2010).

The cornerstone of our work is the fact that we always manage to find the right balance between the complexity of the case and the rate charged by us.
We provide opportunity for payment in installments, and we are also not afraid of working with contingent fees, i.e. an agreed percentage upon achievement of the desired result for example in procedures of claims and upon reaching out-of-court settlements in favor of our client.
